I needed some things that were hard to find and the two ladies Isabella and Esther were BOTH very friendly and helpful. They even went looking for items in different areas to help out and I'm the cooler to push items that were out of reach. Thanks ladies!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I followed the directions on the walgreens site to make an appointment for testing. It said to go inside the pharmacy, where I saw a qr code to check in. I did that and it said wait to be called. I decided to get in line anyways so I can get payment done first. There I was informed that testing is drive thru only. I could be wrong, but I didn't see a sign for that and if I didn't get in line, how long would I have waited to be told? Then I get in drive thru and check in with them. They took my name and walked off. I waited 20 minutes in the car, watching people in the window, but no one spoke to me so I was confused if mt appointment was still confirmed. Eventually someone spoke to me and we did the testing. Even though the website said results in 30 minutes, the person said I'll get it in 2 hours through email. It's been an entire day and I heard nothing back. Plus the pharmacy is closed on Sunday so I can't even call them about it until Monday, which is when I'm supposed to go back to work. Really inefficient pharmacy & I'm disappointed about how they operate.

8 mo old grandson prescribed medication for ear infection and covid medication called in at 2 pm and my daughter never got notified if medication was ready drove to check at 6:15 pm was told would take 25 minutes to get ready only one tech and one older pharmacist was working nothing was getting filled and we continued to wait, I would avoid this location at all costs.
