I was there asking for A&D ointment and the pharmacy lady was very nice and helpful but when I needed another tube of ointment she went to asked the person in charge of the ordering and that lady was not helpful, considerate, attentive, polite, or the willingness to help the customer. She was rude and appeared mad did not even offer any help. She needs to be train to be a better asset to her job. I as a customer was not rude or disrespectful. I feel like changing pharmacies but just because of one person does not mean all of the Wallgreens employees in this store on Fredericksburg are the same.

Best thing about visiting this store is seeing Gloria C. She is always smiling and so friendly!!!

The pharmacy at Walgreens at 3326 Fredericksburg Rd. in San Antonio, Tx is friendly, professional, and efficient. The staff and pharmacist have always been helpful.

I love shopping on Walgreens on 3326 Fredericksburg RD they treat you with kindness and respect and the store is so clean and they are so helpful

I pray 🙏 that Walgreens be under new management because the management there now is terrible and extremely unprofessional.
