I wish to express my most sincere thoughts and prayers for two individuals that were so helpful to me. I went yo purchase a walker and they had one that I could use. Rudy was so helpful with the entire situation since I couldn't really walk. He asked if I had anyone that could put it together for me. I didn't. He totally accomodate me by sitting me down in a comfortable chair and along with Leo Edwards proceeded to put my chair together. It's not their fault if they are short staffed. Most places work with minimum staffing because all they care about is making money. This is the corporate corrupted system we have in USA. These two gentlemen deserve all recognition for being caring individuals. Corporate America please hire more Rudys and Leos in your syores. People notice and will be back for great servive. Thank you for all you do!

I'm not a pharmacist, nor am I a pharmacy tech. I'm not sure how the whole thing works. However, it is frustrating when you show up 20 minutes before they close and they refuse to fill your prescription. I understand the people have to clean up and go home, but this is a job where you give sometimes life-saving drugs to people, and you still had time to fill my prescription and not make me come back the next day. Especially because I picked up the prescription within 10 minutes of the pharmacy being open the next day. It feels lazy. It feels irresponsible. One other thing that I'll note: the pharmacist that was on duty this morning seems to hate his job. He didn't speak to me, he spoke at the counter, and I could barely understand him because he mumbled. I know a lot of people don't like their job, I don't necessarily like mine all the time because I have to do with customers, but when I do speak to them, I speak to them not in another direction and not like I have something else to do. The only reason this gets three stars is because the ladies in the pharmacy this morning were amazing and super nice.

Whoever is in charge of this location lacks the basic ability of putting an "Out of order" sign on the ATM. 2 days now and no sign. I find it particularly amazing that an entire work staff didn't have the time to put a sign on the broken ATM in 48 hours. 👏 that's setting a new low.

This review is just for the pharmacy side. If you can avoid this Walgreens by all means do it. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru just to keep getting skipped for the inside lane. Pressed the call button once ignored, waited a bit called again they said wait and then hung up on me . They would see me and continue to help the other lane. Like we see you in that outside lane, just don’t care. Finally just went inside. The lady that kept hanging up and skipping me ,was also the only one checking people out inside, answering the phone for drive thru orders and getting meds so I would be mad too. The pharmacist and other workers were just on the computers hiding out in the corner. Help the girl out good grief.

The pharmacy here is severely understaffed, and not well trained at all. Every time I think it’s fine to swing by for the convenient location, I immediately regret it. Expect to wait an hour or more for things like new medications, vaccines, or even just asking a simple question to the pharmacist. It’s definitely worth the 5-10 minute drive to get to ANY other Walgreens location.
