Grumpy, rude staff. Love the store itself but the staff make your whole trip here terrible. I’ve come several times and each visit here is the same. Even picking up a curbside order I’ve had to deal with rude staff who make you feel like you’re a bother. Get new staff who actually have customer service skills and also don’t mind working or doing their job!

I have had issues with several of the pharmacy staff. They are unprofessional and rude. When I asked why one of my prescriptions had not been refilled when requested (the previous day) the pharmacy manager snapped back and said “I can go elsewhere to get my prescriptions filled.” I would not recommend using this pharmacy at all.

Received excellent customer service! Jon & Robb were sooo kind & helpful as well as extremely patient! Definitely guna keep this location as my favorite one! :)

I was just there last night and I tried using one of the catalina coupons, which was get $7 Walgreens cash back when you buy 30$ worth of products. Which I had grabbed a few items that where on sell. Its not the first time I had used this coupon since it been around for more than 20 yrs. But the cashier not only refused to scan my coupon due to the sales price adding up to only 17 $ and tried to convince me that it wont go through because it wasnt 30$. I tried to explain that it was not my first time using this type of coupons but agreed to her made up rules and asked to cancel transaction in order for me to add more items. She said no and insisted that my manufacture coupons from my Walgreens app would not apply if she did. I said it was fine I was going to take that chance. But after she voided that whole transaction, she refuses to sell me the products that I needed. Only because it was extra work for her and didnt want to apply my little $7 coupon. She had a whole attitude and even pointed out the sign that was put up by management stating " COUPONS NOT WORKING " on the counter. I dont understand why they are refusing to apply coupons. Seems a little suspicious that they dont want customers to buy products that are on sale. I didnt appreciate the condescending attitude that this Walgreens gives. So sad that they are taking advantage of other customers that dont know any better, just so they can pay for full price items. Seems like that only Walgreens that I've seen do this.
