The most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a Walgreens. They had two cashiers, which is never the case at most drugstores. I was needing help finding some items and Fernando went out of his way to help me find those promptly. If you have to go to Walgreens, I highly recommend this one.

I would have given it 5 stars but the customer service sucks . And it only took 1 employee. I didn't get her name I'm assuming she was the manger I based that assumption just by her demeanor. She had black, very back hair. Her hair looked dates back to the 70's very skinny and tall She was rude I asked a question she looked at me gave me her response it voice was so low that I couldn't hear her. When I said excuse I didn't hear you, the look of being annoyed said it all

I had an incredibly distressing experience at this Walgreens location due to the store manager's behavior. I brought a pricing discrepancy to her attention, and instead of providing assistance, she was dismissive and openly hostile. She stated at least six times that she would not help me, despite the prices being clearly marked incorrectly. Her demeanor was aggressive and intimidating; she displayed such blatant discontent and unprofessionalism that it created an unsafe, confrontational atmosphere. When I finally asked to speak with the manager, she cold-bloodedly informed me that she was, in fact, the manager, yet she continued to refuse to address the issue. It was only after I insisted that she correct the error that she finally adjusted the price, appearing visibly angry to perform a basic job duty. This level of disrespect and the complete lack of customer service skills are unacceptable. I am deeply concerned by the conduct of someone in a leadership position at this store. Hands down the worst Walgreens pharmacy imaginable. No matter how long you wait after your prescription is sent — 1 hour, 5 hours, doesn’t matter — the answer is always “15–20 minutes.” Every time. At this point it’s clearly meaningless. There is no urgency, no transparency, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time. The only reason this place still gets business is because it’s the only 24-hour location nearby. Avoid at all costs if you have any alternative.

They never answer the phone and when they finally do they put you on holding for a long time. Half of the pharmacy employees have so much attitude and always upset.
