The woman at the checkout counter on 5/17 around noon has PHENOMENAL customer service. It’s so rare to see someone capable of making very polite and welcoming small talk with EVERY guest. It was a pleasure just to stand in line and listen to her.

I’ve used this Walgreens pharmacy for 12 years already and think I’ve had enough. First of all, if you go pick up your meds, expect to wait in line for 30 minutes. Which is why I decided to use same day delivery this time because I hurt my back. It advertised that you get it as soon as 1 hour. It’s now 17 hours later and still don’t have my prescriptions. I needed them last night and ended up just suffering. I woke up today thinking I’ll just get in the car and go wait 30 minutes. But then get a text that they are out for delivery. Tell me why delivery is expected to be tomorrow? So now I can’t pick them up because the delivery service has them. This is terrible service! You don’t mess with peoples prescriptions, come on! Not to mention $5.99 for same day plus tip that I wasted. I’m done with Walgreens, and I know they don’t care about your reviews. What a shame.

On 4/9 at 9:30 pm I call the pharmacy to request that my husband’s antibiotics be ready sooner rather than later because he has cellulitis which is very serious and the man who answered says it will be ready tomorrow because they close in 20 min. I said aren’t you a 24 hour pharmacy he said they usually are to which I explained my husband’s serious condition and he will be right there to pick it up. (I was a senior tech for a Walgreens pharmacy for several years I know how quickly they can get a script ready, even with 2 min left until closing my location would ALWAYS get antibiotics ready) he says we can get it the next day or get it from a different location which was extremely far. I know they are just lazy and wanting to get off shift which I get but you’re still open for 20-30 more min, I expect a (usually) 24 hour pharmacy to do better than this. If they aren’t going to service you 30 min before closing they might as well be closed already then. Walgreens is going under anyways, thankfully we were able to get the script transferred to a 24 hour cvs and they got it ready right away.

I wish I could give zero stars because the pharmacy doesn't even deserve that. I went to this Walgreen's Pharmacy to fill a prescription after visiting the urgent care clinic following a week long illness. It was Easter eve (Saturday) but after the regular pharmacy was closed, and this was the closest 24 hour one to my house. The car ahead of us sped off and now we know why. The young short Hispanic lady with the long black hair came to the window already on level 10. We told her we needed a prescription filled. An antibiotic and cough medicine. She preceded to say it was going to take over and hour to fill it. My daughter told her that was okay we would wait. The employee started explaining how they were ABOUT to get busy and that they were going to lose an employee in 10 minutes, and that it would only be 2 of them to fill prescriptions. Now, this is supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy, we called to make sure before driving to this location that they were open. My daughter told her well, we need to wait because my mom (I am on oxygen) is sick and needs to start the medication...and she, the employee, walked away from the window!! No wait a second, no warning, just left! She eventually showed up again and said she couldn't fill it until tomorrow and they were closing at 10pm (mind you, it's 8:36pm!) and we could go to another Walgreens or to CVS that was literally way across town from this location (from northeast to the westside of town). She handed the prescriptions back to my daughter and proceded to wait on the customer in the other drive thru lane, totally dismissing us. Needless to say I will NEVER patronize this location ever again.

Savana the pharmacist was bery rude and condescending. They wouldn’t even give me her last name to properly complain. The pharmacy said it was against corporate policy. They always make you wait longer in the drive thru which is why I went inside this time. Only to be treated rudely. This will be the ladt time I come here.
