Waited over 15 minutes with the Pharmacy and they hung up, called back and waited over 30 minutes and they never answered. Recording said there was only 1 caller before me. I'm very upset cuz I really need my inhalers.

Fast check out and store is always clean if I need help I just ask and they help keep up the good work

Came to this location, because it’s closest to my child’s School, to do a return from another Walgreens in the medical Center and was told by the cashier at this location that I could not make the return here and had to go to the other Walgreens I purchased it from to make the return on a teddy bear because it wasn’t bought at this store. The employee working the register was speaking to the manager over the walkie-talkie and the manager never came up to the front. I cannot believe the advice was to drive back to the other store. What if it was bought in another state? I was using the Walgreens app and My Email from Walgreens and they still would not take the return. Walgreens in a nationwide store. I’m not sure what the issue was. By their logic, If this item was bought in Alaska, I had to go back to Alaska to return this to a store that is nationwide??? I’m pretty sure all they needed to do was type in the order number, and yet they said that they could not take the return. The cashier made me enter my phone number and email address, but never tried to type in the order number as far as I know. This location clearly needs more training from top to bottom.

Clean, well stocked, easy parking. Sometimes the closing staff locks the doors a good 20 minutes from the listed closing time but they let me in when that happens so I can't be mad.

The best customer service provided at Walgreens! Julia went above and beyond to help me with my prescription order. I'm definitely coming back to this location!
