I had an excellent experience with Walgreens Pharmacy thanks to Johanna. She was absolutely amazing — professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. She helped my husband get his medications ready and verified our insurance all within a quick 5-minute phone call. In a time when customer service can be hit or miss, Johanna truly went above and beyond. Her knowledge and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Walgreens is lucky to have her! Highly recommend this pharmacy team.

Rude customer service, the manager was very unprofessional, with his long hair on his face and his wording. I started asking him a question and he immediately heard the first part of my sentence and told me, absolutely no exceptions, twice and left me talking there, walked off as if he couldn't be bothered. Walgreens is going downhill with these grade school employees they're hiring with no manners, never will I shop there again.

I explained that I needed something behind the glass as soon as I walked into an employee and I have been waiting for about 15 minutes pressing the button just like she told me to and still nobody has come to help. I feel like that is extremely rude when the employees are in the front socializing and I am back here pressing all the buttons waiting for somebody to come.

This pharmacy is the ABSOLUTE WORST! On more than 3 occasions I have called right when the pharmacy opens and will be on hold for over an hour, only to be hung up on. They do that all the time. Today I really needed to speak to someone since my Walgreens app wasn't providing me with accurate info. Someone disconnected the line twice. The staff dont care who's waiting in line, or how many cars are in drive thru if it's their time to clock out they will. After 3 hours of tom foolery, I called Nogalitos Walgreens and was talking to a pharmacist within 3 minutes into my call. I will NEVER deal with Walgreens on Commerce and General Mc Mullen ever again!!!!

This store is not the place to go if you're on your way to work and need to make a quick stop. Everything is on lock and key. I wanted to break my $100 bill, planned on purchasing ear buds, a fragrance and a good mug for my coffee, to have at work. There was two lady's at the photo counter watching me show interest in the products behind the glass. I guess they rather not sell anything? Or maybe my skin color they assume I have no money at all? I didn't have enough time to beg to buy the products, so I just left. Another store that would rather keep their merchandise? You guys charge extra for convenience, but coming here to buy is NOT THAT. Who hires these people? They looked at me long enough to figure out they should unlock the glass. The lights are on but nobody's home! These store clerks defeat the purpose of why the business exists.
