Only giving 2 starts because the pharmacy employees are nice. Otherwise horribly understaffed and half the items are locked up so there's no one to assist when you need it unlocked. It's even more irritating when you need allergy meds and the Allegra, Zyrtec, and Xyzol are locked up pushing you to buy the walgreens brand or benadryl (which I can't take) I had several other things I was going to buy and put it all back. Not the first time. They're probably losing more money over this than they gain from understaffed and locking everything up.

I visit this location almost daily — mornings and evenings — and have built a genuine rapport with the staff here. Jose, the manager, is great and has always been professional and accommodating. However, I need to note an incident that happened recently. While shopping, I was approached by an employee who accused me of placing an item in my bag. What she saw was my cash envelope — money I was carrying to make a deposit, as I do regularly. When I showed her what it actually was, she acknowledged the misunderstanding and moved on. I don't believe this was malicious, and I appreciate that the situation was resolved quickly. Jose was made aware and handled it appropriately. But as someone who is in this store nearly every day and has never given anyone a reason for concern, being flagged like that was uncomfortable and worth documenting. Consistency in how regular customers are treated matters. I'll continue to shop here, but I hope this serves as a reminder that familiarity should count for something.

WILL NEVERRRRRR EVER EVER fill my prescription at this location EVER AGAIN!!! The staff is rude and don’t care. They say whatever comes to mind without even marking sure the info given is correct. I told the lady that I had 2 prescriptions. She said NO it’s only a shampoo. I explained it was pills as well. And rolled her eyes and then looked at cpu and was like “oh it’s because it’s $200” … I’m confused as to what price have to do with my medication I sent over to be filled have ANYTHING to do with you doing just that and filling it. Regardless of price! I even got a text where I had to answer questions before they started working on it. Which I did but clearly it doesn’t matter… but anywho after that she just said “oh well it won’t be ready until tomorrow “ and walked off went to the other customer next to me. I waited in the drive up line for over 20 mins with ZERO movement. Went inside to be in another line for 15 mins. Mind you they haven’t even attempted to address the customer in drive up The girl was just rude and one of the customers complimented her nails and she literally just looked at her and then back at her computer as if she was mad she complimented her. It’s a mess in there and I’m transferring my other prescription to another company because NO

If I could give this walgreens a negative score times 30 I would. I absolutely HATE this walgreens. Here are the reasons. 1. I can NEVER get ny medicine in a crunch or even in the same day. 2. They never stay open. I can go on some random day and they will be closed for NO READON! What would people do if they couldn't get their medicine? 3. There is always a very vert long line inside. 4. Sometimes the drive thru is closed for who knows what the reason would be. 5. When you have to get there at the last minute. They have already closed the place. Even if you have 3 minutes left. 6. There is always a person by the door asking for money. 7. It's a waste of gas to go get medicine on the way home or going home to stop. Because who knows when it is open or not. Just don't go, go to a different Walgreens or CVS or Walmart IGo somewhere else!!

Inside is great and nice staff, but the outside always looks like an unhoused encampment. Even the trash cans are always full and trash blowing everwhere.
