Came on Saturday at 10:37 by the drive thru and pharmacy hours are 10 AM to 6 PM. Nobody was here and I called no answer. Even though somevody came after 8 minutes wait time, you should be professional and respect your pharmacy own policy hours.

Slow service. Long lines inside and on the drive through that are slow to move. Long wait times when you call. No updates on prescription delays. I had prescriptions sitting in a queue for days because they needed to whether they were 90 day refills and no one knew this until I called. Quality of service has definitely declined at this store.

I recently started going to this location and I was impressed because, they had plenty of staff working in pharmacy. Now they are extremely short staff I do not know why. There will be 10 people in line and one person working the front register. I need to find another location.

Walgreens is usually friendly but today I encountered a RUDE person in the pharmacy. Her name was VERONICA...a rude individual. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. She needs a class in communication & tone. Someone needs to speak with her before she gets handled. This was at Sycamore School Rd and McCart.

I want to give a huge thank you to Marisol in the Walgreens pharmacy. She was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely helpful during a stressful situation trying to find my son’s medication. She went out of her way to check which Walgreens locations had it in stock and even tried calling other stores for me. When they didn’t answer, she still made sure to help by printing out a list of locations so I could contact them the next morning. The world truly needs more people like Marisol. Her kindness and willingness to help made a big difference for my family tonight. Thank you again for going above and beyond!
