I just called the pharmacist to ask about the availability of my husband’s medication, and before I could ask my next question, she hung up the phone. And No! Its not an accident. Pharmacists are rude and impatient. If you don’t like your job, you should just quit. A lot of people would do anything to have your job.I know your unprofessional personality is never going to affect you, but it will affect the company. If the company reads this, they should consider firing those unprofessional, nasty, and rude pharmacists. Still, I love the pharmacists at Walgreens on Long Prairie—the pharmacists there are different. I would love to curse you out to your face. I am asking about an important medication, my husband’s maintenance. I wish whoever that pharmacist was would get fired so you can see and be grateful to your job after that. Or i wish your family get sick and experience what I experience so you will see how upsetting it is.

Kimberly and Valerie was so nice to me every time I come in there they’re so kind they speak. They’re always positive. I love Walgreens and I will always come to the store because of them.

Great customer service at Walgreens Pharmacy store 05211 on Hulen & Oak Park LN. Prescription was ready and there wasn’t a long wait time.

I’ve been a Walgreens customer for many years and never had a problem—until today. I went to pick up two prescriptions and encountered an extremely rude, unprofessional, and dishonest staff member at the pharmacy. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable and unlike anything I’ve experienced here before. After this experience, I’ve decided to switch pharmacies. I no longer feel comfortable or confident getting my prescriptions filled at this location. Walgreens needs to take a hard look at how this pharmacy is being run.

I recently got vaccines and the pharmacist that did them was definitely trained properly to administer the vaccines I honestly didn't even feel them I was in and out in no time!!!!
