On September 10 I was profiled by a cashier at this location. Lizbeth the manager openly stated that she was informed to complete the security check upon my arrival. The cashier initially tried to claim that the request was due to a homeless person that walked in behind me, but no one was behind me when I walked through the door. Additionally, when she rang me up she asked me if I was using food stamps for my non-medical purchases. Does everyone use food stamps? I’m sorry but I don’t qualify. If it wasn’t for my daughter being sick I wouldn’t have purchased anything from this location. I like to visit Walgreens because they accept HSA/FSA purchases and it’s a lot more convenient than going to a big storefront like Walmart, Target, etc. If this is a high thief store, put in more security measures that don't make customers feel unworthy of common courtesy. I honestly can’t say if I was the cashier and I saw her walk into the store; I could trust that she wouldn’t steal anything, but I would definitely handle the situation differently. Lizbeth, the manager on duty, was very professional and she handled this situation with class and dignity. I really appreciate her real-time response to this situation but I definitely wanted to add my concerns online.

If I could give 0 stars I would. To keep a physician on hold for 45 min to speak with a pharmacist about a prescription is ridiculous!!

First off SHANNON is a life savor so much kindness and integrity made my experience one of a kind. Also the Spanish girl with glasses so helpful. Didnt even hesitate to help me while she stocked the shelves. Thanks!

Pharmacy needs some work. Service is extremely slow and techs are rude. Shouldn’t have to wait an hour to get a prescription filled!

Update 1/5/26: Lowering the star ranking to one. Absolutely no improvement, they are even worse now. Wondering why they don't hire more staff and get a new manager. HORRIBLE!! ‐------------- I would be rating this place one star if it wasn't for the fact everybody I talk to up there is very pleasant and courteous. With that being said I also have to say the following: I'm not sure what has happened up there lately, but if you're trying to get anything done over the phone, which you will have to do because it doesn't seem like prescriptions can be successfully completed without having to make a call to the Pharmacy for one reason or another, plan on spending anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes on hold. If you are signed up to receive text notifications about your prescriptions, be prepared to sporadically get updates. You may get a text that your prescription is ready, you may not. Or you may get that notification right after you pick up it up. It's random 🤷🏼‍♂️ But what you can normally count on is getting a text saying your prescription is on hold. Which will require you to make that 15 to 30 minute phone call just to sit on hold so they can run the prescription through a few different ways to get it to process correctly. Which should happen without ever having to make a phone call. Also, you are working in the United States of America, please learn how to read and speak English appropriately. Mispronouncing the name Dane is like mispronouncing Joe. It's not Danny, and it's not Joey. Come on.. There's 4 letters in the word. 🙄😒🧐 I understand some people may not think this is important, but I do. Especially if I am expected to call others by their proper name. I'm not sure if the entire staff got fired and a new staff got put in, but whatever has changed in the past couple of months is absolutely horrible. I've been coming here for over a decade and I've never had this many issues. Also count on the line at the pharmacy being ridiculous and having to wait 15 to 30 minutes. Both at the drive-thru and inside. No exceptions. There is no such thing as getting something done quickly there anymore. Every interaction I've had with this place for the past several months has been like passing a kidney stone.
