The 3.0 rating speaks for itself. I genuinely hate Walgreens. There was a time when Walgreens was great, but now Walgreens is an absolute failure. Everything is so complicated with this company. I will NEVER shop at Walgreens ever again

This was my first experience at this Pharmacy and it wasn’t great. I waited for about 30 minutes in the Drive Thru and when i was next, the individual helping me asked for my first name, last name, and i even provided my drivers license and debit card. Note how i said i provided my Drivers License. After she gave me the bag of medication, i got home and realized she gave me a different individuals prescription meds. We had the same last name so i understand the confusion but when i called to try and rectify this, they did not answer their phones and apparently closed early that day. So i had to wait with this gentleman’s medication over night and go back after work the next day to give it back. so i did. and when i got there - i was met with an interrogation of sorts about how i got it, who gave it to me, why i didn’t return it when i noticed it wasn’t mine, if i compromised the contents and it was insane. it then went as far as to have the manager and supervisor speak with me and give them a “break down” of the situation and when i did - the individual claimed to not have assisted me and disregarded the fact that she gave me the wrong medication and i was “lying on her name” which floored me. i then sat in their Drive Thru for an additional 20 minutes while they attempted to issue me a refund for the funds i spent on this gentleman’s meds, and the cars behind me kept piling up. i offered to have them give me a candy bar instead or a box of tampons and she insisted that “legally they cannot do that.” It was not a good experience and i will not be going back. I did eventually get my medication but i likely will not take it as i am not confident it is the correct pill. Heed my warning, and everyone else’s above me. They were onto something and i should’ve listened.

Yeah, that’s the way customer service it was today Paris, what’s up so helpful when I have a few questions thank you so much for your patience with me your kindness and your friend smile and helping me clip my coupons. You are amazing. I hope you have a beautiful day and I hope Walgreens knows that people like you make me wanna shop here and not cvs 🤮

Let's talk about the photo shop service. Please share your emotions, time and money and find a different location. I came in store to create and order an order for same day delivery with a confirmation that the order would be ready by 4:15pm. Well I called the store at 9:00pm and asked the attendant if my order was ready and she said no, and come to the first Saturday to pick up my order. Well came in at 12:30pm just to give them enough time to print my order which was a book, I was told it wasn't ready and it would not be ready, mind you no courtesy call, nothing, the worst service. The customer behind me mentioned that she had the same experience. I am absolutely disappointed, this upcoming generation is useless in the workforce. Don't bother going to this location.

Tell me another Walgreens this horrific. There are none. The fact this place is still up and running blows my mind. I made the mistake of my doctor sending rx to this camp Bowie location instead of the Hulen one. Wow. 54 minutes of my day (third attempt to get my medication this week mind you) wasted. "Couldn't find it" "it's misplaced". Get NEW MANAGEMENT.
