Id give it zero if i could. There is quite literally ALWAYS a line in the drive thru, they quite literally NEVER have the second lane open, and they keep the pharmacy permanently under-staffed. The only reason we're still going is the convenience of living less than a mile away. Otherwise, its mind-boggling that the store manager is ok to keep this pharmacy running so slow. Writing this while i wait 15+ min in the drive thru. Still two cars ahead of me.

I just moved here and transfered my prescriptions. I have called twice to see if my doctor had called the right Walgreens. First call I was on hold for 20 min. then recording said sorry we left for our lunch. I called 20 min before their lunch. Then I called this evening and was on hold for 30 minutes. Then a recording said sorry please call back. I'm definitely not using this pharmacy!!!!

Lived N NE Tarrant county 65 yrs. If this means anything, want 2 share Personally Do Not feel as Safe @ the location of this store as do @ CENTRAL Dr after 1am. Depending where having 2 drive, personally choose Central Dr. for this reason. But been 2 both stores during day and both R clean, hospitable & friendly! Both have dependable safety videos & staff. Just personal reasons 2 prefer Central Drive loication. Thank you WALGREENS for have stores open all night! Never know when a medicine or snack is needed after hours others stores R closed! Also pharmacy is an excellent when Hospital ED has a script that needs 2B filled @ really late hour!

Horrible location. 90% of the time they won't answer the phone. I just tried twice and waited 20+ minutes each time with no answer. What's the point of a 24 hour pharmacy if you can't even get ahold of them for help? Not to mention, a lot of the pharmacists are arrogant and rude. The techs are nice enough.

My Walgreens was shut down, which is a shame because they were the only ones in the area that had a clue what they were doing. With that said, I've picked up my son's medicine every month for the past 7 years. Nothing has changed, not the insurance, not the medication, nothing at all. I went to pick up at this Walgreens and they said it would be $300+. I told them he had double insurance and it's usually 10.00 total for all 3. The lady said there is no insurance on file and never had been, then said we had never filled this medicine, then said my son's gender was wrong, then said the medications weren't covered under our insurance. Again, we pick up every month so all of that is incorrect. I asked how it's possible that it was this messed up when it went from one Walgreens to another. How she couldn't check what the one in 377 has been using every month. She continued to argue all of the above so after 15 mins I just drove away. I'll be transferring everything to CVS because I can't deal with this every month. I'm just baffled how they managed to mess this up so badly when everything was in their system and has been in their system for years.
