I stopped by Walgreens this morning to grab a few items and get some cash while waiting on my Uber. While I was there, I asked Sandra (the salesperson on duty) if I could use the ladies’ room before I left. She told me no because it doesn’t open until 8 AM yet she had the key. So let me get this straight… I can spend my money in the store, but I can’t use the restroom? If my Uber hadn’t arrive, I would have returned every single item. Happy Black History Month to me. Now I will say this Ms. Barbara was very welcoming and kind. I truly appreciated her energy. Customer service and basic human decency still matter.

it's open 24 hours a day that's a rare thing for a lot of places of course the pharmacy itself is not it says it opens at 8:00 a.m.. I went there to transfer at first to transfer money into my bank account and I had cash but they only do that between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.. the woman working there May 28th I know there was somebody else that they're doing their thing all good. seems like they need employees there though so if you need a job find an application.

Doing some cashback as the atm inside was out of order. cashier gives me a hard time about doing cashback on 2 transactions. Alex, the store manager, apparently only allows 1 cash back transaction per customer per day when it comes to cash back,this isnt a store policy,its just a way to avoid getting long lines. the customer service experience here is awful and really helps push out customers that come in for a thing or 2. Also the store is so messy,do better. Jenny, employee 244, was responsible for said interaction and terrible customer service.

I bought a wedding card there on 5/22/26. I ended up with a $63.43 bill on my card. Either the employees are stealing or there’s a card reader installed for theft at the front register. What’s up with the alarm sound in the middle of the store going on for the last 6 months. I don’t recommend this theft store to anyone. Needs to be shut down.
