I had a really great experience at Walgreens today and just wanted to recognize Jesus for being so kind and helpful. My transaction took longer than expected, but he stayed patient, friendly, and professional the entire time. He was very knowledgeable and made sure everything got handled properly without making me feel rushed or stressed. You can genuinely tell he cares about his job and the people he helps. His positive attitude and effort really stood out, and it made my visit so much better. Walgreens is lucky to have someone like Jesus on their team!⭐️

This is a good store where you can get way more than your prescriptions filled. They have food, candy, beverages, toys, pet items, cleaning items, and i could go on but you should go and see for yourself. The cashier does a great job at getting people on their way because believe me, this place can get really busy. They run specials on items too and you can snag a really good deal equal to or better than the grocery store. I do commend them on having prices on everything, easy to see, so you don't have to wonder "how much is this?". I highly recommended this place. Oh, and they fill prescriptions and have a drive-thru too.

I was coming here to get my prescription and rushed over here after I got off work to get here by 6 at their closing time. This was literally the only Walgreens in the area that had my prescription in stock and I have already been out of my meds for a few days because of the fact that all of the other locations much closer to me continued to delay the order because they were out of the medications. So i get in the pharmacy drive thru line at around 5:57pm on Saturday 1/17/26 and there is one car in line in front of me being helped at the window. I made eye contact with the female tech working at the window so I know she was well aware that I arrived before 6pm. I’m waiting my turn and the car leaves at around 5:59 so I pull forward to the window and it is still not 6pm… however, as soon as I’m at the window the lady sees me and puts a sign up that says “pharmacist not on duty” to indicate they’re closed and she just kind of ducks down behind the sign as to try to act like she can’t see me… it was incredibly rude and I was in line before 6 it would not have taken much time at all to get my medication. Not only is this horrible customer service (and I’ve worked in so many retail jobs before. If someone’s in line before close it is STANDARD procedures to take care of them) but also just absolutely ridiculous because people can literally die without their medication. If their employees would literally rather pretend they can’t see a customer who’s been waiting in line to make sure they don’t have to leave even a second after close then that really proves how little care they have for health and wellbeing of their customers. I am just really fed up with how Walgreens has handled this prescription across the board at all locations between delays and not keeping up with stock, and absolutely awful communication this is the icing on the cake. So now I have to go another day without my medication and again try to speed over here when I get off work across town tomorrow to try again. That pharmacy technician who was working should be talked to about this people could die without their medication and if I’m here before they close then they should do the proper thing and take care of the line. It’s not my fault they had someone in front of me who took them a little bit to take care of… I will not be using Walgreens again after I get this prescription hopefully tomorrow …..

I received an automated call for 2 Rx refills. When I arrived I went through the drive through then I went inside. There were 3 employees working. One employee was short in stature and rude. I was skipped over when I was next in line. In addition, I was told that the 2 Rx were not filled. The system and processes need reviewed and assessed for improvement so that customers are not wasting their time to pick up Rxs that are not filled.

Do not schedule an appointment for vaccine shot at this location. They have no respect for your time. They cannot meet a scheduled appointment even if you are the only person there. They should post a sign, minimum wait time of 30 minutes regardless of your appointment.
