Brooke has gone above and beyond to help me every time I experience a challenge. When a prescription was crucial and didn’t arrive the next day, Brooke made sure I was made aware when it did arrive and I could pick it up. Being handicapped she respects that it is not easy for me to make unnecessary trips. Therefore she goes the extra mile to assist and explain different circumstances and educates me. I appreciate her kind and caring and patient attitude. Hire more like Brooke.

I saw many reviews about bad experience at this Walgreens pharmacy, I want to said something about cashiers at the store especially managers but going to see they names first to not affect at the good persons and very nice persons between the bads.

love to be in immense pain and waiting hours to get my medicine. maybe its like that everywhere else but it seems over here every single day is absolutely catastrophic for them at this walgreens so they cant finish prescriptions for anyone. — Edit: although I did wait an hour or so for my medication as i made that review, It was hot, i am sick, a whole mixture of things that made me uncomfortable to say the least. I will say the first person I spoke with didn’t really help me much nor seemed like she wanted to help me in some way (I had to wait for them to fill my medications so she informed me to run around to their second line. while they had other people come through their lines who they also needed their medications filled. However, she didn’t’ move them to another line like me. She had them sit at the window and be helped immediately. allowing them to wait the extra minutes at the window and to get their medications accordingly. Extremely frustrating to me how it seemed everyone else could have the importance of being helped and filling their medications when they needed however, my medications were not of the same importance.). The second person who helped me, a lovely soft spoken woman, was very quick to give me an update on my medication . As well as her helpfulness, she informed me on my medication. Due to how my insurance would only cover one of my direly needed medications, it was gonna be over 100 dollars just for some basic pain relief and antibiotics. She helped me get it down to 12 dollars compared to the 100s I would’ve spent just to feel better. Made my day to feel cared for, especially when i wasn’t at my greatest and wasn’t treated the greatest at the first time. theres always gonna be parallels of service in every aspect of work, i always find the few who hate their job and show it, and then i find the few who may hate their job but work flawlessly that they never show it at all in their work ethic. The worker has to choose to make the best of it if they wanted to. The customer/consumer is never “always right”. but at least if you work in customer service, act that you care in some capacity.

Came in for label prints and Nathan had the best customer service skills while also running the store alone when a colleague needed a lunch break! He is awesome!

They help you as quickly as they can. Sometimes there's a line but patience is easy enough. Every one at the drive-thru is so nice and helpful.
