They are towing people if you are not a customer. Don't use their lot if you are picking up from Chipotle. Lesson learned. I won't be spending another dollar at this CVS. I'm next door at the yoga studio 5 times a week and would occasionally purchase beverages, snacks, and supplements from the CVS. NOT ANY MORE!! 🤡

Would not recommend shopping at this CVS location or supporting the ownership/property management here. Be extremely careful parking in this lot. If you leave the property for even a few minutes to grab food or pick up an order next door, they have partnered with Lone Star Towing and your vehicle can be hooked almost immediately. I parked to quickly pick up an order and was gone for less than 6 minutes. When I came back, my car was already being lifted onto the tow truck. My only options were paying about $140 on the spot or over $300 to retrieve it later from the tow yard. I understand businesses need parking enforcement, but aggressively towing customers within minutes is a terrible way to treat the local community and paying customers. I was literally planning to go back into CVS afterward to shop for essentials, but after this experience I will never return to this CVS. THEY ARE ACTUALLY UNDER INVESTIGATION WITH CBS NEW case as well! This towing setup feels predatory and customer-hostile. I’d highly recommend shopping for essential items elsewhere if you plan on visiting this area.

People visit the Fort Worth Medical District for healthcare, emergencies, and prescriptions not to have their cars immediately hauled away by predatory towing companies contract-backed by CVS. I parked at this location for literally 2 minutes, and my car was towed instantly. This is a horrific, aggressive way to treat the community and paying customers who are often already dealing with stressful medical situations. Absolutely shameful business practices. If you are visiting this CVS or the surrounding medical district, DO NOT leave your vehicle for a split second, or you will be out hundreds of dollars. CVS needs to review their predatory lot enforcement contracts immediately.

Yesterday was one of those days. I traveled from Houston to Fort Worth and realized—too late—that I had forgotten my blood pressure medication at home. I stopped by CVS hoping I could purchase a few tablets just to get me through until I returned home. At the counter, the experience started a bit rushed and abrupt. But then Dr. Shawnadra Young stepped in—and everything changed. She looked at me, smiled, and truly saw me. When she heard what I was dealing with, she was calm, patient, and incredibly kind. I ended up needing to pay out of pocket for a 30-day supply, and Dr. Young made sure a discount was applied without hesitation. That alone mattered—but her compassion mattered even more. I was having a rough day physically and emotionally (menopause has been kicking my tail), and I was honestly struggling to keep it together. Her softness, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference in that moment. I stopped by later just to say thank you, but she was off—so I’m sharing it here instead. Dr. Young truly embodied CVS Health’s mission of “bringing heart to every moment of your health.” She is a value add to the CVS brand and represents what exceptional customer care should look like. Thank you, Dr. Young, for your empathy, your excellence, and for reminding me that kindness still exists in healthcare. You made a difference yesterday—and that matters more than you know.

If I could give no stars, I would the person I was with had a bladder infection. We asked if they could use the restroom. It was a maybe 11:15 at night We had just left the hospital from visiting his grandma and asked to use the restroom but the older man said we’ve had things happen after 11 o’clock. The restrooms are closed and flat out refused I offered to let him hold my phone… an iPhone 16 as proof that nobody was gonna do anything to his bathroom and he shook his head no and looked at me like I was a child and said I said no. This man works at a pharmacy and won’t let somebody with the bladder infection. Use the restroom. He needs better training not to mention this is twice the price of any medication anywhere in Fort Worth. I could’ve gone to Walmart and got this stuff for three dollars instead of paying $11 here to be treated ugly and not even be able to use the restroom. not to mention the store has trash everywhere. It is filthy. The pad aisle smelled like pee and nothing was stocked. Doesn’t look like a cycle counts been done in that store since 1983. Never again when I go to this location, I will go the five more minutes down the road to go to the TCU location or I’ll go to Trail Lake where I usually go Trail Lake has never had issues like this do better with your trash customer service
