Wow! I'm sorry to see some of the posts. My experience over the past 5 years makes this the best and my favorite pharmacy over the past 40 years, across 3 states and several major cities. Regarding this location, my post is in reference to 2021 to present (2026). Consistently, I have been taken care of, and I'd say, looked out for. This staff has been a real extension to my healthcare/PCP group. Keeping it brief, this has been a consistently great pharmacy staff for me.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I went to pick up my daytime medicine and asked the pharmacist about my nighttime medicine. I was concerned that I was being shorted on my nighttime medication because I ran out about half way through the month. Instead of saying he would look into it he claimed I was abusing/overtaking my medication, as he said it multiple times throughout our conversation. I told him I take it as prescribed as I have for the past 2 years. I can’t afford to run out of my medication so I have to take 1 instead of the 2 like my doctor ordered. Not everyone who takes medication is an “addict” or “abusing” their medicine. I asked if he could look into it further and he responded “idk what else to tell you besides count it next time” and walked off. I just switched my medication over to CVS because I won’t be treated like that. I did not appreciate that encounter at all!!! I had a sister who worked at this same Walgreens and would tell me how people in the pharmacy would take medication for themselves. This pharmacy is phony and needs to be investigated.

I went to visit this Walgreens on today on behalf of my family member and I went through the pharmacy drive thru. I was so pleased to encounter Mrs Sofia she was very pleasant and helpful. Because I came a week ago and was treated very poorly by another young lady. But today was a total opposite experience and I’m so thankful for people who care like Mrs Sofia and she was very patient and she has amazing customer service. Hands down! Kyanna is phenomenal! Superb customer service and very knowledgeable of store and services and products offered. This employee went out of her way to assist with me in the photos and posters for my son due to his first basketball game 🏀 All I can say is I wish there were more people like Kyanna! Continue perfecting your service because you are appreciated! Jaxon told me to tell you thank you so much! May God continue to elevate and shower his blessings on you!

Worst experience ever. They give you a time to pick up prescriptions and when you get there you have to still wait an hour while in pain then associate says they didnt have medicine in stock. Will never spend my money at Walgreens ever again. They simply dont care.
