My experience at this location was wonderful because of the nice lady (cashier) at the front. She was so nice and friendly with not only me but other customers as well. Very personable. Beautiful customer service!

I visited the Walgreens by Fair Park on a Sunday afternoon and received exceptional service. This has not always been my experience. Normally, when I go in, it’s hard to find someone to help you and you also have to wait, but this time went in visited the pharmacy and the photo area and received quick service. The staff there are always kind but this time the associate in the photo area went above and beyond to help me. Never received that from this location or should I say any Walgreens location previously visited. Thanks

Janet the shift leader helped me out today and she was sooo nice! Her customer service was great, I had to wait for my prints to be finished and while I was waiting I witnessed her be quick and efficient with other customers as well. My prints came out great too! I’d come back again everything was great 💛

I’ve always found the staff, particularly pharmacy staff, to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I’m there people great me with kindness and treat me with dignity and respect. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

The older African American lady that’s always in the register always pockets in the coupons we get from real customer purchases and this is not the first time I seen her do this kind of shenanigans.Manager need to look into this kind of things as the coupons and rewards should be for the customers not the employees.
