Had to make multiple attempts to get prescription filled with staff that was rude and dismissive and disconnected their call multiple times as well as never called back when they said they would. It took me weeks to get my prescription because every staff member I spoke to didn’t know what to do and kept pawning me off to another person.

Went on a Sunday afternoon, no passport photo because "camera is broken"

Did a two still holiday card with this photo center and the smaller of the two came out very blurry. Went back to let them know and I was told it was probably because: “The photo crop made the picture blurry” “I didn’t crop the photo” “The system crops the photo automatically” Well, the system surely needs Santa’s little helpers. Or a better tech crew, something. Sheesh.

Walgreens printed off my pictures while I waited. It was great, now I have pictures of my new granddaughter. Pictures came out great too besides taking less than 15 minutes.

Long wait at the line. I only saw one cashier. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be a slow day for them or if someone called in. I don't normally go to this Walgreens. Hopefully, it won't happen again 😒.
