Bad customer service! The company needs to fix their photo services. I ordered photos on a Wednesday for my grandmas viewing. I didn’t go until Saturday when I received an email saying it was ready for pickup. Once I arrived, apparently the person that works on them had already left, according to the worker so why did I get an email saying it was ready. I tell the woman that works there that I received an email saying it’s ready and that’s why I went. She says it’s the companies fault because it sends an automatic message. I tell her I need the photos because the viewing is Monday and she’s saying the guy won’t go until Tuesday. I repeat that I need them Monday which is why I placed the order last week and without any empathy just replies with an attitude, “Do you just want to cancel them”! I understand that’s not her family and she doesn’t have to care, but she could at least be a little more understanding as I was there only because the email said so. I thought this company valued their customers!

I was having a bad day finding canada down as I walked into the door cashier , associate by the name of Trina ! Said welcome to walgreens hope you find what you need . With a big smile, thank you for having such awesome individual work.The world needs more of that way to go Trina!!

This particular location chose to keep the pharmacy part open only through drive-thru during the winter storm stating it’s safer for his people. Logically speaking his people are protected regardless of only working the drive-thru or inside part of the pharmacy. The customers are the ones at risk of crashing while lining up thru the drive thru because this winter storm froze up the streets and parking lots.

I wanted to UPDATE this review because the overall Store Manager (Fred) stepped in to help my brother maneuver the Western Union debacle & Fred was able to get resolution!! Thank you, Fred, for your attention to customer care and your involvement! Customer Support by the Assistant Manager (Diana) of this store is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I phoned to speak with Diana to try and assist in resolving an issue a relative was having with the staff at this store. Her response was to HANG UP on me. My older brother had been by numerous times in person & the ladies were not interested in helping him recover a Western Union money gram. It is no wonder that people can no longer get the help and support from their local Walgreens like they could in the past.

The parking lot is pitch black. If you are worried about getting robbed, you are correct. There have been stories about purse snatching all over the news. This store chose not to take the neighborhood and it’s patrons into consideration. Terrible.
