In the past pharmacy staff have been helpful but my recent experiences have been poor. When I needed antibiotics for my wife’s infection there was no urgency nor concern for her—when I questioned the pharmacist and the staff I got a lot of bad attitude. I originally went to Walgreens because our insurance but am moving to CVS now

Whoever is the manager or owner of this, Walgreen’s is doing a pathetic job staffing this place. The most rude flat out confrontational interaction I’ve had in a long time. You need to fire that young lady that is working there today or you will lose all your business. more than enough reason never to get a prescription filled here or give any of my business. Just go to the CVS down the street.

Shout out to Timothy and the pharmacy staff for exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was taking the correct meds and even researched upcoming vaccinations!

It’s not possible for a pharmacy to have worse service . They don’t care, provided no explanation as to why my RX was delayed THREE days (and I’d STILL be waiting if I hadn’t gone into the store to check on it) and they can’t be bothered to answer the phone . If I could giVe them zero stars , I would . Use the Walgreens at Forest and Preston and save yourself significant hassle.

Staff members are always happy and kind. My experience was 10+ Kudos to Mike at the front checkout for, he always has kind words and a smile.
