I visited this Walgreens on Father’s Day to get a special card for my dad. I had a vision of putting pictures of our dogs on the card, and Alleeza was an absolute lifesaver. She was so kind and patient, and because of her help, I ended up with a wonderful, personalized card that I know will be cherished. Thank you, Alleeza, for your amazing customer service. . I tried to purchase gift cards but every time I did they were faulty and would not work at check out. Seems very odd. The woman at the front desk was really rude. I needed a printed receipt and receipt printer wouldn’t print so she just stared me like oh well not my problem. I had to ask for the manager just to get a receipt printed.

I love Walgreens on 3802 Cedar Springs Rd. Dallas Texas. I been a fan of this particular Walgreens for over 20 years as well as my family. Its always clean and the associates, pharmacy staff and store Managers go above and beyond to assist you. I feel great with each purchase from them.

Did my shopping here January/02/2026 8:30PM and and wanted to use restroom. Even though sign on restroom says open from 7:30 am till 10 pm but somehow the tall guy who’s Manager , did not allow me to use it . Walgreen needs to check on this specific guy since we do shopping here all the time and the manager is rude and doesn’t care about customers at all .

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Although they are polite and professional my prescriptions are habitually messed up. You get texts that prescriptions are ready then arrive and they aren't and they always blame their computers. It's absolutely horrible.
