The pharmacy technicians Sara and Amy were very courteous to me, both took the time to help me save a little money on my prescription, and both ladies had very warm and compassionate personalities. If you are at the Preston Forest Walgreens ask for them. Walgreens needs more employees like Sara and Amy to represent their company. The pharmacy was busy but they still took the time to help me with my prescription needs while also taking care of other customers. My hat is off to Amy and Sara in thanks.

LOVE shopping at this location and it’s ALWAYS a great clearance sale. I want to take the time thank Ms. Rae for her OUTSTANDING customer service in the make up department. Ms. Rae checked me out at the register today with SUCH a beautiful smile and warm greeting as beautiful as herself.

This has the be the worst pharmacy in all of dallas. So many issues with getting my monthly scripts. Doctor will submit and it takes them 3-5 days before they even start the process (and no, it was not an early fill). Happens every month. This month, script was out of stock and no one notified me for 5 days until I called to figure out status. Had the script transferred, and it took them THREE DAYS to approve the transfer when the other pharmacy called MULTIPLE times to get it moving. Been trying to give them a chance, but I will never use them ever again.

Although they advertise same day or next day delivery, their delivery service is nonexistent. I’ve been homebound for the last six months and dependent exclusively on home delivery of my prescriptions. I don’t believe Walgreens has ever delivered same day, even though I pay for it. Any dealings with Walgreens pharmacy requires a follow up. Call to figure out where my drugs are three days after they were supposed to be delivered. This is the worst service I have seen in a brick and mortar store. I think Walgreens should stop advertising same-day delivery when they can’t even get it in the same week!

ZERO stars …. The nerve of the pharmacist to ask me to circle around and get back in line (behind 5 cars) because someone didn’t do their job and/or because they are short staffed makes me wonder what types of controlled substances she’s been taking. Seriously??
