During this last visit, Sara (a Pharmacy Tech) was cordial, responsive and helpful. Again. AS ALWAYS. I have never seen her falter in any way, even when customers are being rude to her, the other staff members and each other. She greets me by name. EVERY time. That may say a little about me (faltering health), but I believe it says more about her and her commitment to ACTUALLY HELPING people that need it. I feel like customer service (overall) has been teetering between abysmal to non-existent since Covid and Sara's commitment to customer service is a delightful surprise. Please consider my words as gospel – the experiences I've had with her have been 100% consistent and cumulative over my last 2 years of living in Dallas. Empathy and kindness probably can't be taught to an adult, but pristine customer service can. I hope these words find their way to the right desk and someone at Walgreens Corporate has the wherewithal to seek Sara out and offer her a teaching job within their organization. That would really SUCK for me, personally, but would be of enormous benefit to countless members of their organization. And obviously, us, their customer base too. Also, ditto about Steven.

Carlos is an excellent example of what good customer service is. He was very friendly and attentive.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. No one ever answers the phone and if they do, you go right back on hold until the system hangs up on you

I thought the store was closed as the signage light was off outside. No greeting from the staff member. The price tags and promotions were not even updated.

The young associate Teresa at the register, was very patient, very helpful, I really appreciated her kindness in helping me with my purchase rewards. The entire staff at this particular Walgreens near white rock, were trained in customer satisfaction, and manners. Thank you all.
