Just for future reference you can't just go into Google maps and just say that your closed sun-sat but yet the walgreens photo and walgreens pickup still says 24hr it makes it seems like yall have closed your doors for good........... but yet you have a sign on the door that says you will open at 5:30 I'm not sure what's going on I always come here in the late and early mornings so I hope everyone and everything is alright. I love coming here everyone is very nice to me for the most part I don't particularly care for the older gentlemen with the glasses in the morning he has been extremely rude to me and lacks customer services skills and profiles people which I don't particularly care for. You work in the industry get ahold of yourself nobody's asking you to go and run 5 miles deal with it and put a smile on your face because with that attitude your creating a bad face/image for walgreens. Other than that I love everyone else there also a thank you to cooperate for handling my issue in a timely and very professional matter.

This Walgreens is the absolutely WORST location that I have been to. It was already an awful Pharmacy, and then they added a "Convenient" giant tablet-like thing to "Check in" while waiting for your prescription. It is very inconvenient because it takes at minimum 30 minutes to even be called to the counter. Several times, I have received calls that my scripts are ready and after waiting the god-awful wait time, I get up to the counter, and it is in-fact not ready. It does not matter what time of day you try to go either. I am dreading picking up my last prescription from this location today, but I am elated to be switching to a new pharmacy. If you value your time, DO NOT FILL HERE!

I just recently got an electric car and am totally new to charging it. There is an EVgo charging station in this particular locations parking lot. Well of course, what could + would go wrong with my first experience charging the car, went accordingly. I had very little charge left and found out after about twenty minutes of messing with the thing that they do not acceptt the card I was trying to use, what's uses an online banking system. I was stressing out so badly. I recently changed jobs and get paid once a month now. So on top of the cost of the car, and getting paid once a month- I was also 6 weeks in-between paychecks. I needed to withdraw the money from my online banking card to my chase card. However, that was, of course, going to cost me an atm fee. Thankfully, Donna informed me that they were able to do cash back which saved me about $8 in atm fees. She put up with me doing 3 separate transactions so that I could get $60 cashback- this allowed me to pay the $55 preauthorization fee + charge my car. THEN allowed me to use their restroom, which I know at night it's not typically something that they or even CVS allow, understandably so. (I drive for lyft so it had been a really long night). I would like Walgreens to know how great of an employee Donna is--- she went above and beyond the level of customer service that is expected of her and helped me navigate my stressful situation. I will definitely be paying the kindness and understanding that she showed me forward. At the end of the day we're all human and I hope that the next time Donna is in a stressful situation, she is shown the same grace that she showed me. WALGREENS... GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE, PLEASE!!! I used ro work in fine dining for years and this level of customer service is why you end up getting customers that drive past 3 different Walgreens, just to shop at this one- because they know they will have a quality experience at this location. Let me add onto the plethora of bad reviews as I just had a negative experience of my own. Went in this morning around 8:45 to get some meds for cold/flu symptoms. If you know ball, you know that the real stuff is behind the counter. I didn’t realize the pharmacy opened at 9, no problem, I’ll wait till 9. Well 9 comes and goes. It’s currently 9:15 and I’m sitting in my truck writing this review because the pharmacist still has not arrived. I left because a tech came and said the pharmacist was still about 10 minutes out. At this point, even though it makes more sense to wait, I’ll drive further to a CVS and get the same bad service. But hey at least they’re probably open.

Every single person at this pharmacy is unprofessional, unorganized and seriously have no sense of urgency. The wait time in line, whether you’re in the drive thru or inside or even on the phone, it’s just ridiculous. They are rude and lack every ounce of courtesy to patients
