Went to pick up prescription today at this location directly across the street from a hospital. The pharmacy was closed due to no pharmacists being available. I can’t find reliable healthcare at Ascension nor a reliable pharmacy. Walgreens needs to close this location or just exit the pharmacy business at this location. They cannot advertise a pharmacy and not staff it, that’s poor business management & a terrible way to do business.

For how great Utica Square is this was a surprisingly horrible Walgreens experience. I get being the end of the day. I didn't want to be there anymore than them but end of day or not is no reason to be rude and disrespectful. I was literally the only person in Store and they had the audacity to get on the microphone and announce Store closing in 10 to get my stuff and come to the register as if I didn't know they was closing soon. 2 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing if anything they should have asked if there was something they could help me find but no they chose to try and embarrass me out of the store. Great Customer Service Training by Management...

I’m very thankful of the pharmacist here. Years ago, my previous primary care doctor carelessly gave me the wrong medicine. Fortunately, the pharmacist here notified me right away about the issue, so that big troubles and complications are avoided.

Its pretty and alll but online it says Walgreens photo and when I went inside there was no place to take out photos. So this reason I give it a 1 put of 5 stars. PERIOD.
