This is the very first time in my entire life ( I'm 68) I have felt unwelcome at a Walgreens. My main exposure to Walgreens is in Texas where every contact with an employee was polite and professional. But at this location I was met with hostility by whom I assume was a manager because of the blue Walgreens shirt that he wore. This person began slamming a door in the rear of the store and rolling his eyes at me hasting my visit. I am sorely disappointed with this behavior and am so very sorry that my patronage offended anyone. I happen to be black and that may be a reason for the hostility. I am very disappointed that I encountered a manager/ employee will hostile energy.

Great price for disinfectant. Also they had great deals on the makeup Rimmel was on sale buy on get one 50 percent off! Great snack selection. Also birthday cards and gift cards!

Dear Walgreens Management, I’m writing to share my deeply troubling experience at one of your stores today. The pharmacist on duty was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Throughout our interaction, he seemed intent on provoking a reaction from me, but I remained calm and apologized for whatever seemed to upset him. It was devastating to witness his frustration, especially as it occurred in front of other customers and staff members. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but there is no excuse for such belligerent behavior in a professional setting. I hope that the pharmacist receives the support he needs to handle his emotions better and treat the members of our community with the respect they deserve. I did nothing to warrant his actions and was left deeply disappointed and appalled by the experience. Walgreens has a reputation for quality service, and I was saddened to see this behavior tarnish the experience in my local store. I trust that this will be addressed, as professionalism and respect are key to the good service your company is known for. Sincerely

I love my neighborhood Walgreens on West Edison and Gilcrease Museum Road. The store is very busy, but it stays clean. It has excellent customer service from the checkout to pharmacy. I also love my Walgreens loyalty membership.

Dropping a script off for my dad ant the Edison location in tulsa, and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and obnoxious. So much so, that the associates in the pharmacy were incredibly uncomfortable. He gave me several names John, Cody, Peter. The other associates were nice and respectful! Worst experience ever in a retail establishment. Walgreens please do better. Wish I could give him a zero.
