10+ years of negative experiance. There have been good experiences intermittently, but the bad way outweighs the good. My family will never step foot in this location on SWB ever again. And I plan to never use any Walgreens again. The stores seem to be about the same, sorta ok, but the pharmacies I have used have all been mostly negative experiences. Lack of customer service, too much personal information loudly announced for other customers to hear, very slow lines, and too many times the items I needed filled were out of stock (like allergy meds and antibiotics, nothing rare). I switched and have not had one single bad trip to the new pharmacy, other than a short wait. My new pharmacist even called me and helped me set up a routine for the ulcer medication that my dr failed to disclose I needed. I got terrible attitude the 2 times I tried to ask walgreens on SWB questions. Our area is a pharmacy desert, but i will drive to an entirely different area out of my way to avoid this location.... i have watched other customers treated poorly and badmouthed behind the window or after they left. Westside, we do NOT have to be treated this way!
