Joey the pharmacist at the Jenks Walgreens is the nicest, most helpful person I have had the experience to be waited on in a long time. I am an elder, and Joey was very patient and helpful with my many questions. I'm on a tight budget and my insurance wouldn't pay for my prescription and Joey found me a savings card that saved me $10.00! I will also tell you I recently changed pharmacies because of rude, short tempered persons running the pharmacy id gone to for 20 yrs!! And I heard good things about this Walgreens in Jenks!! And it is true!! So, if you're not happy with your pharmacy, get on over to the Walgreens in Jenks! You'll be glad you did!

I got in the drive thru lane at about 1:20 yesterday. Waited while they took way too long waiting on the car in front of me. When I pulled up they slammed the pharmacy window down for their lunch break!!! I was the only car left in line and the clock turned 1:30 as I was pulling up. I understand they have lunch break times but to shut the window down on someone who had been waiting in line for 10 minutes was extremely RUDE. Additionally lately if I question the cost of a drug that I have purchased recently at a lower cost they are extremely reluctant to check it! I have caught them several times making a mistake so be careful and check your prices! I REALLY miss the Walgreens on East Taft in Sapulpa!!

Stacy who works here has no clue what she talks about. Place an order and someone came and picked it up. They did not check ID or confirm anything so they lost our order. When we called in because we received an email saying that someone picked it up, Stacy had the nerve to blame us and then told us that it is our responsibility to call our bank and cancel the transaction. She did not take responsibility for the action but to blame us. All we did was place the online order. Instead of figuring out what happened or providing a solution she kept telling us to call our bank.

Can I give 0 stars??? The WORST pharmacy to go to. Not only do i have to continuously give them my insurance info due to never putting in the system, why? But even as I stand here with 5 people working 3 cars in the drive thru and 1 person in front of me...I left the line after 15min of NO MOVEMENT and im in the store...still waiting and its been an additional 7min. Unbelievable. Last time I was here, I was the 2nd in line. Watched the car in front of me leave, but when I pulled up the dude left the window. I waited 2 songs worth and rang the bell. No answer. When I came inside, 4 people working and no one saw me and I was ignored till I had to lean over and wave. When I explained i rang the bell and waited...they inform me the bell doesn't work. Not my problem. Fix ur attitudes. Fix ur processing and service. Do not get ur meds here unless u have a full 2 hrs to waste waiting for these people to finish twiddling their thumbs

Walgreens Jenks is a staple in my weekly errands. It's close, convenient, warm, and welcoming! I love the wide aisles and great selection. From meds to makeup, to photos and toothpaste, there are a multitude of products that make my checklist! Because of its convenience and easy layout, I would rather do my shopping there than another Walgreens in another area.
