The pharmacy staff is literally lifesaving! My husband and I buy a lot of prescriptions here, some very expensive. There are periods I'd go without. Then the pharmacy staff started searching for options. They're always pleasant and supportive. God bless them!

I had to call to verify my Insurance. Chris, pharmacy manager was who I spoke with. He made my day. He was courteous and helpful. Reviewed my message and answered all my questions! I felt someone listened and cared! Thxs, Chris@

Just a few weeks ago, I would have left a one-star review due to poor service, but I’m really impressed with how much things have improved. Most staff are now friendly, organized, and efficient, and communication is much better. A special shout-out to Rachel for her excellent customer service—she was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help. In my opinion Rachel is a huge reason the customer experience has improved tremendously in a very short time. It’s great to see a business listen to feedback and make real improvements so quickly. Well done.

ATM is always down and always takes them forever to get it back up and running. It’s the only Walgreens with a AllPoint+ that allows you to deposit cash with capital one within a 15-20 minute radius. Very annoying to deal with
