After shopping w Walgreens and after being treated like no one cares I really don’t understand why offer discounts or coupons if the cashiers are not trained to do any of this and even after they get mad they did make Fun of me for asking for the coupon and didn’t even make It right after all my complains w the manager he only say sorry about that I’m only here to cover for the night I don’t know This People 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️😂😂😡😡I will definitely think twice before shopping here again 2/24 and still no one to talk to about this ,someone leave a message on my phone I call back to find the manager busy and can’t come to the phone yet never call me back again and same Employees still there what a joke is this place Walgreens on the way to close down I’m sure w this type of careless customer service 😞sad to see this happen …

The Manager of the 81/Yale Walgreens is the saving grace of this store. Thank you for hearing out my concerns and being so gracious. I appreciate YOU and raised it up to 4 stars from 1.

I was ok with this pharmacy, nothing particularly good or bad. They told me repeatedly I didn't have to say anything about good rx, they always applied it. Tonight they said it was denied so I payed full price. After checking, it was covered. Their excuse? You have to tell us every time! And no refund from triple price, because it was already paid, even though it was on them. Hell of a grift!

The manager was completely unreasonable and treated me and my friends inappropriately. The store was empty and there was no reason to tell us to leave but we were not permitted to purchase our items and accused of stealing. She should not be expected to manage or work with people whatsoever. Horribly disappointed. Will not be getting my service ever again which is unfortunate because it was so convenient for me.
