I prefer this Walgreens over any other Walgreens, Keisha is so helpful and polite. She helped me transfer my baby’s prescription when my local Walgreens closed for the weekend and didn’t get it ready in time after he got out of the hospital. She’s helped me other times too and is great, she goes above and beyond for her customers. Please give this woman a raise she deserves it! 😊 I don’t even live in Tulsa but I don’t mind going out of the way for the amazing customer service, I don’t ever get that feeling at other Walgreens locations. This is my preferred location from now on. Thank you Keisha for your hard work and caring about your patients/ customers.

Why do they have three pharmacy windows inside if only one person is helping everyone. Thirty minute waits for pharmacy is ridiculous. Walgreens can do better than sacrificing customer satisfaction over labor model.

The staff members were really efficient in their work. They knew what to do. I had to cancel my order, and re-order it to get the promo, and they were really patient, and got my order ready pretty quick. Best Walgreens experience I have ever had. Thank you so much for doing your work just right. I was already tired, and wanting to go home, and your service made my day. All the staff members were really polite, and nice.

She LICKED HER FINGERS then touched my merchandise & receipt. Walgreens on Harvard and 31st. Please go watch the video 8/28/2025 around 1:00-1:08PM, and see your employee Shante(?) take her time getting from photo to the cash register (dragging her feet). Then to not say but two words to me with her freshly chomped Dorito smelling breath. Then she licks her chip powder of her finger tips and proceeds to touch my merchandise and receipt. I would give zero stars. but it doesn’t let me.

If there could be a "zero" star rating, that's the rating I would give this store. I have yet to EVER have a prescription filled in a timely manner and am usually forced make two to three trips due to some "issue" with the process. One time, they simply DIDN'T fill a prescription because we were paying CASH which caused confusion simply because insurance WASN'T involved. Use T Roy Barnes or ANY other local pharmacy. Even if it costs a bit more, it's totally worth it to avoid Walgreens.
