Visited this Walgreens (store #19403) on March 20, 2026, and overall had a positive experience. The store was well stocked, and the Easter displays were super cute! When I asked for help finding an item, the employee who assisted me was personable and helpful. There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. There was a “wet floor” sign placed out even though the floor looked dirty and had not been recently cleaned, which was unclear. The drink area could also have been a bit neater and better organized. Overall, a good visit with a few maintenance and presentation details to address. I would rate this location 4 stars.

*editing my review to add that one of the pharmacists, Sarah, is lovely and helpful.* The front end workers of the store are nice. The pharmacy staff is rude. The pharmacist is rude. They don’t pick up the phone. Not a pleasant experience over the phone OR in person. -Signed off as someone who has been waiting on hold for 29 minutes and counting.

Pharmacy staff is aloof and inattentive. Constantly make mistakes. The store is terribly overpriced. Use only if you have no other choice. Not a fan at all.a

Pharmacy employees are completely disengaged. I do not recommend this pharmacy. It has happened twice now where I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes to get one single prescription. Don’t even try to utilize the pickup window. Instead, you will have to come inside (even if you are sick). Unacceptable customer service from their team. We will be transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Today, I had an experience similar to Sadie's. I stopped at the pharmacy to pick up a needed prescription for which an ID was required. My license was expired through no fault of my own. My DMV appointment which I made in October is January 30 - 3 months after my license expired on my birthday in early Nov. The clerk asked if I had a passport. I do not. I asked what other forms of ID were acceptable. She said none but I could bring in a neighbor or family member to pick up my prescription for me. I asked if there was any other way to provide ID like my birth certificate. She took on a attitude and then said, "Actually, no Family or friends; Just a valid drivers license or passport. Now step aside." The absolute nerve of her. And, I was denied my medication. I wound up calling my daughter who was 40 minutes away. She drove to the Walgreens to pick up the scrip for me. I get it that there are regulations. And the DMV needs to get it together but getting my license renewed before it expired was beyond my control. And not everyone has a passport. Surely a third form of ID should be acceptable under these circumstances. What I don't appreciate is being treated so nastlily by the counter clerk. I'll never get on a line with her again.
