I am a regular customer of the Walgreens on Wade Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina. I am always pleased with my service, be it in the pharmacy or in the store in front. I feel lost anywhere else; the staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, and I am so appreciative that I have them on my side. Went in to get my prescription after receiving a notification it was ready for pickup. Walked up to the pharmacy at 7:00pm and it was already closed and they wouldn’t give me my prescription. Terrible customer service, next time don’t send a text that it’s ready for pickup if you’re going to close the pharmacy before 7pm. I will be transferring all my future prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

The pharmacy is waaaayyy more efficient and nice than Six Forks store. Glad I moved my prescriptions here!

Just a few minutes ago I went in to retrieve my prescription . Jesus waited on me ,he got my papers and I was standing there holding my hand out to get the paperwork and he tossed it on the counter. He was rude and I will not be shopping here again.

Don is a dedicated store member. He comes in during snowy/icy weather to make sure the store is opened. It means a lot to customers and he is always there to help in the store.
