If it were possible to leave a zero, I would. It has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever had any dealings with. My husband and I drove around 2 hours to come visit my daughter and came by this pharmacy to pick up her meds that she had been waiting for a couple of days. After a long drive, of course I needed to use their bathroom facilities. I was very bluntly told that the bathrooms get “locked up” at 5pm. So….. I then got in line with 5 or 6 people ahead of us. Only one person working the front and one person working the drive through. We had ample time to observe staff and noticed whoever was working the driveway would walk off between cars for about 5 minutes. EVERYONE in line was complaining about the store and lack of service. One staff member who was stocking the shelves could obviously hear all of us and joined in by saying…”this store is so bad, I don’t even get my prescriptions here.” When we finally got to the counter, they still did not have my daughters prescription ready, but was able to give us 5 tablets with the staff reportedly saying the remaining prescription will be available Monday. While we were waiting, my husband and I noticed a prescription bottle laying on the floor near the drive through window. Not only is that terribly dirty, but someone probably got home and realized they didn’t have their medicine in their bag. Luckily, my husband and I do not use this pharmacy but I will strongly recommend my daughter move her business. I would also recommend everyone move their business as that is usually the only way change takes place….. loss of business

Don't call this place you'll be on hold for 10 minutes then itt will start to ring and nobody will answer. This place is the worst. I prefer CVS. Much more professional. As soon as my insurance changes I'm going back to CVS. If your insurance allowes it go to CVS. Also stay away from Walmart. Target isn't so bad.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. Don’t bother calling unless you plan on being out on hold for over 45 minutes. Going in or even thru drive thru also takes forever. I used to get my prescriptions filled within hours now I wait at least 2 days. And then if there is an issue with insurance they don’t bother to call and tell you, they just won’t fill your prescription. They said it’s not their job to call and inform you of any issues. I will be switching pharmacies.

4408 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh, NC is probably thee worst pharmacy in North Carolina and certainly one of the worst in America when it comes to timely filling of prescriptions and the care and considerations of their customers. THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Not one person in the pharmacy actually cares at all, the lines are extremely long and the employees in the pharmacy do not care one bit and have the most non chalant attitudes, because, at the end of the day, YOUR PRESCRIPTION DOESN'T REALLY MATTER TO THEN AT ALL, ITS WHATEVER GETS YOU OUT OF THEIR FACE THE FASTEST. That's the vibe they give. I have had excellent service at Walgreens and I do not believe that this branch should be included in that franchise, there service is way below the Walgreens Standard.

This place is awful! I highly recommend you using another Pharmacy if possible. Every time I go there to pick up a prescription (Unfortunately I have to because of my insurance) it is either not ready (after 2/3 days) or it is filled incorrectly.
