I went here today to buy some candy on sale and I really had to use the bathroom. I asked the woman upfront about it because I noticed that the door to get to the restrooms was not even labeled. She then told me that it was restricted and I could not use it. I don’t know who it’s restricted to, but I will no longer be a paying customer at this location.

Go to get my booster shot that I scheduled 3 days out and when I get there they are letting people who made same day appointments go ahead. When I scheduled they were in 15 minute intervals and today they decided to change it and let people schedule whenever they felt like it. Walgreens needs to get it together I had an appointment for 5:15 and 30 minutes later there are still 4 people ahead of me. If you know you don’t have the staff to support that type of schedule why would you do it. These poor employees are running around like crazy just so Walgreens can make a buck. Do better for your customers and your employees.

In Walgreens today at Harvest Plasa at Strickland Rd. Cashier was very rude when I asked a simple polite question about a tobacco product. I will never shop there again. I will drive over to Harris Teeter where they have professional caring employees. I hope Walgreens goes out of business.

My original post was unfair. The pharmacy failed to notice the strength of my Rx was different than my coupon (nor did I ) so all was fair. Wait times were excessive.
