Please do not use this pharmacy if your prescription is time-sensitive. I have experienced delays with my prescriptions multiple times at this Walgreens location. When I called to ask about the delay, it was very difficult to get an answer, and I was often placed on hold for 30–40 minutes. Unfortunately, the customer service has been disappointing. This is now the fifth time I have had a similar experience at this location. I hope they improve their prescription processing and communication with customers.

Nicole, the stubbier cashier with the short black bob haircut, was unbelievably rude today. I came in simply to grab medicine for my daughter. When I asked to enter my phone number, she responded, “I’ll go back this time, but it was up there the whole time,” with a tone that was dismissive and unnecessary. I waited until she finished ringing up my items before attempting to enter anything, yet she rushed through the transaction and hit “pay” before I was ready — then had the nerve to speak to me as if I had done something wrong. At no point during this interaction was I anything but polite and respectful. Customer service is quite literally part of her job. Being short, impatient, and talking back to customers — especially someone purchasing medicine for their child — is completely unacceptable. She is paid to be there and do her job professionally. I have never had an experience like this at this store before, and I will not stop shopping here because of one rude employee. However, I sincerely hope I do not have to interact with Nicole again. If basic courtesy and professionalism are a problem, customer-facing work may not be the right fit.

I was told tonight that it’s a mandatory policy that they have to scan your id for alcohol or else they can’t sale it to you. I expressed the fact that I don’t want my id scanned and asked for the manager who then came over and scanned my id (which I didn’t want and specifically asked not to do). I asked where the policy was stated that they have to scan it and they pointed to a sign that just says they card for alcohol sales, not scan. I don’t want my id scanned because they don’t need all my information just to check my birthday. I am also well over 21. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, the policy says they accept passports as a form of identification, which can’t be scanned, so how is it required that an id has to be scan to sale alcohol?!? If you have a passport they just have to visually check the birthday!!! Please explain this to me and show me this mandatory policy in writing!

This by far the worst pharmacy ever. Prescriptions can never be filled on time and when you ask what the problem is there’s always a different excuse. The staff is always rude and nonchalant!

I came in to pick up medicine for myself and my mom. As I turned to leave, one cashier yelled loudly to another "Ew, I hope she is not sick". Note, this cashier was a grown woman, not some silly little teen behind the counter, so she should know better. Reported to corporate.
