Walgreens located at 900 Springfield Commons Dr, Raleigh, NC 27609 is an excellent Pharmacy Store. Their stock was great / shelves were fully stocked, and organized well. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. This Walgreens is pretty large, some of course aren’t that much. Parking was good too!

i got a call to pick up my photo order so i went to do that on my lunch break. i stood at the photo counter for 5 minutes while 3 different employees passed me and said nothing. someone finally went behind the counter and acknowledged me saying "if you're picking up he'll get you over there" directing me to the main counter. why can i not pick up my photos at the photo center and why is there not a sign stating that? my order included 8 4x6 photos that belonged to another family (i thought at first they were stock photo ads but they had a name and phone number and were clearly someone elses order). i paid $55 and 48 of the photos were duds. will never use this Walgreens again if i use any others at all! customer service and photos are wayyy better coming from CVS. do not use this location to develop your photos!

No one on the window for more 7 minutes, the medicine not available and they don’t know where they can find it and it’s available in CVs everywhere and and services are triable, people very unprofessional, really you can understand what that location rated less than 2% !!!

I ordered flyers online and I don’t understand the purpose of “easy pick up” and the site telling me to go to the photo area but I come in and that’s not at all the case. I have to wait in a separate line than prints? Make it make sense

DO NOT GET YOUR PHOTOS PROCESSED HERE! the only reason i am leaving two stars instead of one is because of Phil who was nice and helpful. but this place seriously needs new management. employees lolly gagging around the store stocking items when there are several people in line waiting to be helped and only one person at the front left to cover registers and the photo department. i received two different people's item's in my photo order (which i had to pay for and did not receive a refund) and was missing a cd with my engagement photos on it. i had to go back in and resolve the issue. it seems whoever is in charge of packaging photo orders just couldn't care less about their job if they tried. there is a reason this place has a 2 star average, i wanted a redbull while i was in there trying to get my cd recovered but went out of my way to CVS afterward to get it because i cannot fathom spending another penny at this place.
