The pharmacy supposedly opens at 8am, the store was completely empty inside, and no line in the drive through. Waited 5 minutes at the drive through, pressed the called button, nothing. Went in the store and 2 people were there at the pharmacy, again completely empty. I asked if the drive through was opened and the answer was “we just arrived and we’re short staffed “. I get being short staffed having an impact when it’s packed but not when the entire store is empty! There was 2 people and nobody bothered checking on the one customer they had.

I went the other day to make a purchase that would have given me a Catalina voucher, but when I went to pay, I realized the cashier was playing dumb and didn't want to give it to me until I asked her myself. She told me the system wasn't working, even though I could see it. Please tell the cashiers that the Catalina vouchers are for the customers, not for them. Thank you.

This pharmacy is the absolute WORST. If you use the drive through, you will find yourself waiting ten minutes and no one comes to the window. I've had to honk multiple visits to get the attention of the tech. She then gets an attitude. AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE PEOPLE. THAT IS BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is the worst pharmacy EVER They never had medicine on stock. It's always an excuse. If you need your medicine and it's urgent to get it.... Please do not use this pharmacy. It's horrible.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Walgreens. I’ve placed online orders at this location weekly, but after today, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I visited to have a passport photo taken. An employee handled the entire process — took the photos, uploaded them to the self-service kiosk, and all I did was enter my phone number and email. When checking out, I asked to apply the $2 discount advertised on Walgreens’ website, which clearly states: “Provide code JOURNEY to in-store associate at checkout.” Instead of simply honoring the code, the manager on duty, Carlee, was called over. She proceeded to walk me back to the kiosk for an unsolicited tutorial on how to “properly” use it — despite the fact that her own employee had done it all. I calmly explained this, but she continued to push back in a condescending and dismissive tone. Eventually, she did apply the discount — but then audibly muttered that my partner and I were “assholes” to the employee who helped us. Yes, really. That’s the kind of behavior Walgreens allows in a manager. If you expect even a shred of professionalism or customer service, good luck getting it from Carlee. This was beyond disrespectful, and no one should have to deal with that kind of hostility for asking a manager to honor their own store’s promotion.
