Theeeee worst pharmacy near the university area. Wait times hella long, prescriptions never refilled, trust me when I say get your medication from the location is Harrisburg highway 49. As someone who worked in pharmacy tech this gotta be the slowest location best believe you’re gonna be waiting an hour for your medication depending on the day I promise you please go to the location to Harrisburg do not waste your time. The reviews are not lying at all.

I had the most amazing time at Walgreens today! Yes! It felt that good of an experience! From Ms. Pamela warm welcoming presence! To Madison making me laugh with her amazing customer service, wittiness, and thoroughness! I love my neighborhood Walgreens!!

Although this location's pharmacy is usually has a long line/wait, I had the most pleasant experience at this location recently. The head pharmacist stopped what she was doing to acknowledge me at a window when I had a general question. --& she was kind enough to swap my prescription pickup to their location so I could pick up immediately! Thank u, Samantha!🫶 Also, kudos to Shonda & Talan for doing their thing & getting the lines to move quick! Great pharmacy staff!🩵

This is genuinely the worst Walgreens location in the United States I waited on hold for over half an hour to confirm a medication would be ready. Went to pick it up several hours later for the tech to tell me there is nothing ready for me. I told her I called earlier to confirm it and she said with this medication they don’t fill it until you actually show up to the pharmacy if you don’t have insurance ! And then told me it would be a 30-40 minute wait at that point to get it filled. Also they refused to honor my good rx coupon Just genuinely the most uncaring and rude customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was standing at the counter obviously confused about the situation because it was confirmed earlier via phone call.

This is the worst pharmacy in the country. I have never seen an entire staff care less about what they were doing or who cared less about the people they were serving. On my last visit to this pharmacy, I had to wait for an hour and a half because they gave away another patients medication to the wrong person. Do not ever go here. There needs to be better management in here, I would be shocked in anyone is actually supervising anything here.
