I would like to recognize John at Walgreens in the Customer Service Associate department for his incredible service and positive attitude. Every time we come in, he is always happy to assist, patient, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond to help find solutions. John has a rare gift for making customers feel valued and appreciated. He always greets us with a smile, takes the time to help, and even says goodbye in such a warm and personable way. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in his work. Employees like John make a huge difference and are one of the reasons customers keep coming back. Walgreens is very lucky to have someone so dedicated, kind, and professional on their team. Thank you, John, for always making our visits a positive experience!

I truly enjoyed each and every visit I take at Walgreens, the store is neat and clean. The employee's are all so helpful and super friendly. Please continue to keep up the good work.

Just left the Walgreen's on Fairview after waiting at the pharmacy pickup window for 10 minutes with zero recognition. There was no line, we pulled in, three people working inside in the pharmacy area. No one looked up. After a few minutes we pressed the call button, thinking maybe they didn't know we were there, even though I know they get an alert when someone pulls up. Still nothing. Pressed it again a couple minutes later, and still nothing. It was like we were invisible. Yes, we could have gone inside and waited at the counter -- but why have a drive-up window if you pretend it isn't there? If all of the staff were busy, they could have at least looked up, said "we'll be with you shortly" or SOMETHING. Worst customer service imagineable.

Walgreens is my favorite store. I shop here before Target or Walmart. The aisles & shelves are short like me, so I don’t feel overwhelmed.

First of all, the prices they show online for in-store pick up are very different than what they will actually charge you. What they want you to do is basically order the item online for in-store pick up go to the store. Pick them up. Pay the lower price. If you actually go to the store and pick up the same order yourself, which allegedly should be saving them time, they charge you more. I just asked the cashier why the price was different and she just freaked out on me and started screaming. I tried to find a manager, but the cashier got to the manager first. And when I told the manager that this lady screamed at me the cashier said she did not (of course she would say that) and I did not and you have no proof. Next time I will just record this conversation because the manager just stood there like a deer in the headlight and did absolutely nothing. Just an awful awful experience. No wonder Walgreens is going bankrupt, but it can’t be soon enough.
