Why has the drive thru been down FOR MONTHS!? Do you not have elderly customers who can’t walk? I’m in the line right now and you have a disabled individual struggling to stand in a line that goes from the back of the store to the photo section up front! This is a pharmacy. There are disabled and very sick individuals who are trying to get their medication without risking the health of the general public. There are mothers with infant children they’d prefer to not take out the car in this 22 degree weather… yet this company does nothing to minimize the short staff at this location? Make it make sense. Until then I’ll be going to the CVS directly across the street. This is disgraceful. And its employees should not stand for it… FIX THE DAMN DRIVE THRU!!

I feel so terrible for the employees at this location. They are not treated well by this company at all. Lack of staff and support from managers. Medications out of stock and not available. And if you want a receipt from a pharmacy transaction make sure you're waiting at least 15 minutes. Yeah, a simple receipt takes 15 minutes, this is not a joke.

Pharmacy staff will skip you and help another customer. Then pharmacist will tell you your insurance doesn’t cover and you have to pay out of pocket (which I was going to do) and still went on and helped other people.

I have terrible experiences at this location! Never have anything in stock including medications and have never been to a walgreens that takes longer in store or over the phone. They need a major upgrade in the store and employees

My booster appointment was scheduled for 5:15pm using the online system. I arrived promptly at 5:15pm; however, I waited until 6pm to get the shot. The team members seemed nice enough, but their process and sense of urgency need a lot of work.
