Worst Walgreens ever! Ordered framed print online for same day pickup. When arrived after suggested pickup time, was told “oh, it hasn’t been printed yet.” “I didn’t even know how to print it, honestly, even my manager does not know”. No apology was given and the girl at the counter with poker face didn’t feel sorry at all, not even a little bit. If I could, will give zero star

This has to be the WORST Walgreens in Charlotte. The customer service sucks the manager is horrible and the red head manager or associate is absolutely disgusting. They argued with me for 2 days about a photo order saying they don’t provide and they do because it’s offered on the Walgreens website where I submitted the order. This store needs to shut down not to mention it’s so dirty in there not organized or clean EVER!

Out of all Walgreens I have went to, this one has the best customer service by Far! The pharmacist is awesome and always goes out their way to get my prescription at an affordable price. I appreciate this a lot and it means a lot to me. Some Walgreens don't like ordering particular manufacturers and it matters because of price and taste. The ladies working at this location deserve a raise or bonus as they will bring customers back

This is the worst pharmacy you will find. Terribly rude, never on time or accurate to what’s prescribed. Even my doctor does not like them because they don’t listen, can’t do anything. Don’t bother calling, I watch them actively ignore the phone while waiting for my meds. Also they don’t have a drive thru?? Useless.

Went for passport photo. Walgreens website said they do it. Screen was down and ready. Cashier refused to do it.
