I had a very frustrating experience at the Walgreens on Sugar Creek in Charlotte, NC. The managers or employees did intentionally to block my card. I went to add money to my Chime card and was repeatedly prevented from completing the transaction. Instead of receiving assistance or a clear explanation, I was met with unprofessional behavior and a lack of customer service. Customers should not be treated as though they are doing something wrong when attempting to complete a routine financial transaction. If there are store policies or system restrictions, employees should be able to explain them respectfully and consistently. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Walgreens management should review how customers are being treated at this location and ensure employees are providing professional, respectful service to everyone.

Looking at these reviews I should have never came to this location. I when in today and people there was nasty. They are rude and did not want to work. Mangers said hello but later had a nasty attitude. I will not go to this location. They are more focus on people steeling versus people who actually spending money. Walgreens need to treat this infection.

Long story short, this pharmacy should be permanently closed. I transferred over to a nearby cvs bc this place is a complete and utter failure. They routinely run out of medication, which is then not restocked for days. That's bizarre on it's own for a pharmacy... Since that's their entire purpose. But they don't let you know until after you need it refilled, demonstrating how unprofessional and not well managed they are. They're completely unprepared to function at any capacity. I had to put in 2 refill requests for them to finally communicate that they were out of stock. I was off my medication for days. This is the worst pharmacy In the area, and probably in the entire city based on the other reviews. For me, it's a tie for the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life, and the other one wasn't even located in this state.

The pharmacy doesn't even deserve one star. I been trying to get a prescription filled since Friday of last week. The insurance wasn't going through so I decided to pay out of pocket. Which was told to them over the phone. I get to the pharmacy and wait 40 minutes just for them to tell me that they didn't fill it yet because they don't fill prescriptions without insurance information!! I'm paying out of pocket!!! Worst pharmacy ever. They are really slow and honestly I don't think they know what they are doing!!

This is by far THE slowest and understocked pharmacy in the whole company. If you have anything to do in the day, don't expect to be on time if you stop by this pharmacy on the way. Do expect to wait a MINIMUM of 45-50 minutes, just to get to the register and the pharmacist tell you that they won't have your prescription ready for another 30-45 minutes. I'm switching pharmacies, today.
