This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Called today and waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me that they didn’t have it only to call another one for them to immediately find it. Called back and was told it was a cash price of $188.00 even though I have insurance. After telling them how to do their job I was able to get my prescription ran through at a cost of zero. Now, after working all day, I’m standing inside the pharmacy while we wait for the most incompetent employees I’ve ever witnessed, to ring me up. Already been here for 30 minutes. This is the first and last time I’ll ever use this pharmacy. People are sick and some have injuries that need to be dealt with at home, not in public. I’d say do better but after all the negative reviews, looks like you don’t care at all. Btw, who’s the pharmacy manager and why hasn’t he or she done their job and fixed this? Just bad all around

The biggest problem is in the pharmacy area. There are extremely long lines inside and out. The pharmacy is not staff properly especially since Walgreens Little Rock, Charlotte NC closed their doors. Prescriptions are never ready. The drive thru window close early. There need to be 2 cashier up front. The card section is not stocked well.

I had a great experience with the pharmacy!! I called and received great information concerning my medication. They were efficient, professional, and friendly! While waiting in line the woman was quickly helping customers with kindness! I am changing Walgreens to my main pharmacy. Everyone in the pharmacy looked and acted professionally!!!!

This has to be the slowest and most crowded pharmacy at both drive thru and the counter. Came to pick up 3 prescriptions wouldn't serve me the first time as they closing for lunch after I stood on the line then I come back and only 1 ready told to come back again hours later for the others. What an inconvenience why not prep all 3 for the same person. Incompetence with always one person at the counter. The meds i needed weren't in stock so they misinformed me and tried to send me to another walgreens 30 miles away when it was in stock 5 miles away. Stay away and change your pharmacy ASAP

Leaving this review from the line that is already long at 3:40 pm. I came here yesterday after work and couldn’t get my medication because I didn’t have time to wait in line for an hour. I’ve picked up prescriptions inside before and it’s just as bad. The staff are nice and helpful but it is always criminally understaffed.
