This is the worst pharmacy in Charlotte. No matter what time you go to pick up a prescription, plan on waiting at least 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of you. Inside isn't any better. Neither the managers or the employees care at all, customers are an inconvenience for them. They really need help from corporate, if corporate even cares. All they want is $$$. Get your prescriptions from Amazon, never had a problem with them.

This Walgreens closes and locks its doors before the posted closing time. I arrived at 9:55 PM, and the employee refused to open the door. If the store closes earlier than advertised, the hours should be updated—otherwise, customers should be able to enter until the stated closing time.

The wait times in the pharmacy drive through are horrendous. I have waiting for 30 minutes twice to get my prescription. I don’t know if they are understaffed or poorly managed, but it shouldn’t take that long to get our medications. Something needs to be done about the service.

Had my wisdom teeth surgery and had them send my oxy prescription here cause the CVS across the street is horrible. This place might be worse. Had my gf call and ask for an update on timing cause my anesthesia was wearing off. They said give them an hour. Called them back 2 hours later and they said it should be ready in 15 mins. Got there and it took them 30 mins after that get it filled. Go literally anywhere else if you want service that’s anything above a 0/10.
