The pharmacist here are amazing. I’ve never been to a CVS in Charlotte in which I was remotely treated well by the pharmacy team to the point that I started going to this CVS to get my prescriptions and the entire staff has always been so kind, always answers any questions I may have, and have always gone above and beyond to help me!

I came in as a walk-in for TSA precheck enrollment. The store was clean and the wait was not long. But the employee doing the Precheck work for customers decided to take a personal phone call through the entire duration of my service (with airpods of sorts in as well). I was highly uncomfortable with an employee being on a personal phone call while my documentation and sensitive information was being handled/processed. Besides the lack of professionalism, it really is a privacy hazard. Otherwise, not a bad experience!

I went to the pharmacy for the first time 12/30/25. I was amazed and the organizational skills of the pharmacy manager. She worked diligently to push through my prescriptions. She was cheerful and even remembered my name. I appreciated the staff who were very friendly and helpful. I was amazed at the negative reviews on Google. Perhaps a kind pleasant attitude on the part of customers would help.

This has to be the worst CVS in Charlotte. Location 231 N Graham street. The staff is just rude,unhappy and unhelpful. Please don't ask for assistance, because you will not get any. The cashiers and floor people just stand around and converse among themselves The pharmacy department is a little better, if they pick up the phone. 3 stars

Very disappointed they closed the Epicentre and Caldwell Street locations. Now everyone has to shop at this location and CVS refuse to build a new store around uptown Charlotte. To have in a safer uptown location without theft or more security in the store. This location has a security guard monitoring the store. The manager on duty refused to let me exchange a new loaf of bread and told me I had to go to the original store I got it from and I don't know how to drive, ride the bus and that CVS is like 5 miles from my home so I rarely go there unless if someone can take me. Her service was pleasant but I had to follow her decision. Although returns can be done at ANY CVS stores.
