K. My 3rd time giving this location a chance.. i shoulda ended the relationship the 1st time years ago.lol. My perception was sent there... I requested it to be filled on a Monday. Young guy says. " we r out of stock" .. "we can order it" it will be here Wednesday " i tell him. Not actually believing it would be. " i actually prefer to record u" " but i wont"... .. I show up Wednesday... different guy tells me.....THE SAME THING. But say " IT WILL BE FRIDAY" THIS TIME ITS BEEN RECORDED..... I say okay....I leave.. and have secounds thoughts... do i really want to proove that 1) they dont know what they are doing or 2) worse THEY DONT CARE.,... rather then determining the outcome of dudes/ employees thet are.. I reoson with myself...ITS MORE INPORTANT THAT I GET THIS med( severe mental illnes).. i can go months with out terror to myself and eventually to others.. SO I RETURN. I TELL THE GUY CAN U TRANSFER MY PERCRIPTION TO CVS ..... HE SAYS YES.... IM DONE...IM NOT RETURNING TO THE RELATIONSHIP EVER, ( lol) ( its toxic)WITH PEOPLE WHO DONT SEE THE INPORTANCE OF MODERN MEDICAL SCIENCE.....

BE AWARE!!! This is the worst place to pick up your prescriptions!! You are first met with incompetence. Once they re-enter your birthday and verify your last name for the fifth time you are met with aggressive behavior. I’d rather die from not having medication then visit this Walgreens again!

They will push out the amount of time it takes for your prescription to be ready every single time you go until you are absolutely out of your medication then all of the sudden they have it ready to go. God luck trying to call because they will keep you on hold for an hour and say two people are ahead of you but when it’s your turn the hold music stops and it rings then they HANG UP THE PHONE and you have to start all over again for the exact same thing to happen. I sick of this place! IT SUCKS!!! I’m switching pharmacies the second my insurance gives me the ok.

The BEST Walgreens Pharmacy in all of the Albuquerque area; bar none! The only place I’ll get my prescriptions filled from now on. First of all: they answer the phone. Second, they are always pleasant, even when busy, which I can honestly not say for the rest of the Walgreens in the city. They even went out of their way to order in, and keep in stock, a prescription medication that I’ve had issues with getting at several other pharmacies. Thank you Brendan (pharmacist- hope I spelled that correctly), and everyone else at this Walgreens pharmacy!
